Support without pretending to be the professional
Our role is to help people get organized, understand available resources, prepare questions, and connect with qualified providers when a matter requires legal, medical, financial, immigration, housing, or other licensed professional advice.
Resource navigation
Help identifying agencies, nonprofit programs, community services, and appropriate places to ask for assistance.
Document organization
Help assembling documents, organizing information, preparing timelines, and making it easier to communicate with agencies or professionals.
Language & referrals
Basic translation support where appropriate and referrals to qualified professionals or service providers when specialized help is needed.
